9/10 Wonderful! (7,581 reviews)
All staff were friendly & helpful. While booking reservation I had requested adjoining rooms. Our flight arrival was early AM so I inquired if early check-in was possible & the additional charge. A wonderful benefit provided is the hotel securely storing your luggage until check in. We were able to go exploring without dragging our luggage with us. Front desk staff always very friendly & helpful. We were happily able to check in a bit earlier than 1500 thanks to desk staff!! Breakfast was great! I love that it’s available especially with growing boys. Impressive how well organized & quickly they dealt with such a large groups of people. Loved the seating by the fire. Unfortunately I wish the seating could be arranged differently. Many times 1 person would take up the entire couch- making it difficult for families. Rooms were very clean & well stocked. Proximity to Fisherman’s Wharf a plus. I would highly recommend & would stay there again!

8.6/10 Excellent! (2,450 reviews)
"Our room near the back of the property was quiet, no traffic noise from Highway 101. Comfortable bed, quiet A/C, blackout curtains. Maintenance was a little lax. TP holder broken in pool area bathroom, a paper towel holder stuck. I looked for a spot to sit for some late evening computer work. But ..."
